The Amorgos Trail Challenge is a vibrant annual event that brings together trail running enthusiasts on the stunning island of Amorgos, Greece. Organized by the "Palia Strata" Nature & Hiking Association, the event highlights the island's breathtaking landscapes and encourages local (and not only) participation in outdoor sports.
Over the course of a weekend, runners take part in a variety of races, including the thrilling "Spike" race-from sea level to the peak of Nikouria island-along with a 19 km route from the iconic Hozoviotissa Monastery to Aegiali Bay, a 7.5 km course ideal for beginners, and the Loza Kids Race designed especially for young runners.
